This research is typically based on the observation that is conducted to analyze the actual reasons behind lethargic behavior of the patients in the orthopedic department in the hospitals due to the use of sedative drugs and pills.
As per the case study, one of the students who are assisting the staff has observed some unusual lethargic behavior of the young patients such as feeling asleep in a regular manner. While researching about the exact reasons the student came up with an observation in respect to the views that the patients has shared to the student. The views of the patients were based upon the use of sedative drugs and pills along with the inadequate monitoring of the requirements of the patients.
Therefore, this research is also focused to understand the quality of supervision of the staff that is provided to the patients who are admitted in the orthopedic department based upon the views of the patients.
The method of quantitative data collection has been undertaken by the researcher in order to identify the issues that are related to the health of the patients who were admitted. Moreover this collection of data also includes the amount of the social care that is provided by the staffs of the orthopedic department (Gómez?Ramírez,et al.2019).
This also reflects the crucial situation of the patients due to the consumption of the sedative drugs and the pills for maintaining adequate amount of sleep (Berton et al. 2020). I have chosen the quantitative method of the collection of data in order to analyze the observations according to the student and the views of the admitted patients in the orthopedic department.
While conducting the review the steps that are included in this process also contains maximum amount of views of the patients that are used for the observations for specifying the conditions.
The required steps that are followed by the students for identifying the problems, includes interaction with the young patients. This also includes the gathering of information about the consumption of the sedative drugs and pills along with the curative abilities of the staffs that are offer to the patients as well (Groot et al. 2022).
This typically standardizes the outcomes of the assessments that have been conducted in order to observe the efficiency of the staffs of the hospital.
The search strategy that has been done is conducted through the analysis of the quantitative data that helped to assume whether the patient is getting the right treatment or is being neglected by the staff.
The main motive of the research is to analyze the outcomes of the consumption of these sedative pills by the patients. Moreover, this research will also help to understand weather these pills are helping the patients in recovering or harmful for the heath of the patients (Kotsifaki et al. 2020).
The current study is based on quantitative data analysis that helps to find if the patient's condition in the hospital is good or not, whether they are giving any drugs that have a sleeping effect on the patient.
Health and social care mainly reflects the integrated as well as the curative measures in respect to sociology, nutritional- law, ethics, and biology. Students suffering from the health are in need of social care alongside with their academic studies. Not only the students who are suffering from disease, but all the other students also need health care and social care.
Residential homes, other establishments, and hospitals need to take care of this fact. Other students may take a caring course or routine for health in the hope that they can reduce their problems (Gómez?Ramírez et al. 2019). Social care includes the problems such as relating to personal, or other assisting mainly to the children. This problem also acts for the adult and young people who require extra care. Providing emotional, physical, and mental support will help the persons who are in need. For different reasons people suffer from this kind of problem, they should be treated as much good as possible, and social care will help them.
In the hospitals or the medical centers there are various kinds of drugs that are recommended by the doctors that help to recover the sleeping disorders of the patients. These drugs are mainly provided to the patients as agonists and receptors for the patients staying at the hospital, which leads them to sleep for hours and hours a day. Here quantitative methods are specially used with both primary and secondary data sources (Berton et al. 2020). Quantitative data collection is considered to the procedure of reflecting the observation through the graphical representation of the data that is collected by the process of interview. Talking about the methodology, different data and procedures have been selected by the researchers in order to understand and mitigate the objectives. The main objective that needs to be clarified is the impact of those drugs that help in updating sleep in the patients that are present in the inward and outward of the hospitals. The deductive approach can be used for illustrating the idea.
The idea of a descriptive method can be used in order to describe the use of the drugs for understanding the main aspects of those drugs and the impacts that the drugs hold on the patients (Groot et al. 2022). Talking about the criteria of the conclusion, different methods and ideas have been used in order to understand the impact of those drugs that can make a person so much induced in sleep that he or she is unable to act to the reflexes even. In order to understand the actual requirements of the pills that are not suitable for the health of the patients and can harm through the overdose of these pills. Descriptive methods have been used to describe the process of how those drugs work in the human body. Receptors, as well as antagonists, also play a vital role in for completing the total assessment.
The accuracy and the depth of the sources are found through the quantitative data that helps to depict the healthcare situation in the orthopedic hospital. Sedative drugs are recommended to the patients who are admitted in the hospital for providing them the adequate amount of comfort along with reducing the level of anxiety. These sedative drugs are also used as a kind of pain killer as well (Drozd, Chadwick, & Jester, 2021). There are several types of sedative agents that are recommended by the doctors according the effects, compositions and criticality of the circumstances whenever required.
The relevance of the sources that help to determine the literature review is through the orthopedic analysis of the patient situation and then examining the drugs that have the sleeping effect and the examination of the young person who is working in the hospital and get the accuracy of the result to determine the exact report of the data. Long-term consumption of these sedative drugs can impact through several side-effects on the health of the patients. This can lead to amnesia of the frequent forgetting of the memory as well. Depression and fatigue can also be considered as the symptoms of the side-effects of these drugs. Overdose or excessive use of the sedative drugs can also lead to the dysfunction of the liver as well.
The logical experience to share when moving from one saucer to another is through the data analysis and the rectification of the data and to judge the patient condition in the hospital whether there condition is good or bad and also helps to determine whether they are facing any issue or the staff are not taking care of the patient who are admitted in the hospital (Backhouse et al. 2020). There are several other alternative techniques that can be recommended by the doctors for the treatment of sleep disruptions in hospital as well as home also. These techniques include the use of physical activities such as yoga, using of acupuncture, guided imagery, and relaxation through massage techniques and so on. These basically include physical activities instead of consumption of the drugs that can impose side-effects also.
This paper is typically based on the finding and observations of the conducted research which is done by the student who was assisting the staffs of the orthopedic hospital. In this research paper the researcher has highlighted problems that are identified by the students while analyzing the problems faced by the patients who are admitted in the hospital. The research paper also includes the use of the sedative drugs as recommended by the doctors to treat the problems of sleep disorder. However, due the overuse of these drugs the patients are facing several health problems along with feeling asleep for the whole day, which has been mentioned by the researcher in this paper. The observation and the finding that are highlighted in this paper are based on the views and information’s that are shared by the admitted patients of the hospital. Moreover, the researcher has also mentioned the inadequate kind of supervision through the staffs of the hospital. This research paper is also focused on finding the alternatives of these drugs in order to reduce the side-effects that are harmful to the health of the patients.
