Implicit knowledge and tacit knowledge are two knowledge types that I need to strengthen. Strengthening implicit knowledge types will help me in handling multiple tasks within a stipulated deadline which is the main context of implicit knowledge. Strengthening tacit knowledge will enable me to understand concepts and ideas without being explained verbally and visually (Espinoza-Poves, 2019). In the present scenario I am unable to handle multiple tasks as handling multiple tasks leads to errors and flaws in my task and activity. Verbal explanation allows me to understand concepts and ideas better. Therefore I need to strengthen my tacit knowledge to understand situations and concepts without being said.
