Edifice trust brings time but in this case, I need to make her feel secure which can help to develop trust between us. Health interview environments are difficult for a few people mainly for new mothers. It is significant to drive them to feel as relaxed as possible. Hence, the conversation between us is extremely confidential.
Moreover, effective listening is an important part of the communication skills of healthcare interviewers. The most elevated and influential state of listening needs complete awareness and attention. This aptitude is significant not just for clinical staff but even for healthcare interviewer’s executives and different healthcare givers as a mechanism for creating trust and responsibility with their attendants. On the other hand, healthcare staff need to know the background of the interviewees which can help to cope with the patients. This can make the interviewees feel secure, comfortable, and relaxed. In this case, the interviewee is a woman, who is in the post-maternal phase; hence this is an extremely sensitive interview process. So I need to be more careful in this case.

These can enhance my interaction skills with parent patients (Dalton, Rapa & Stein, 2020). These recommendations are the health staffers need to sit properly and they need to be humble with the patient because they will be in a sensitive state of mind and health. Healthcare interviewers need to show empathy to the parents to understand their situation properly. Other than that, keeping conversations confidential and speaking in plain language is also recommended for the development of communication skills. These different types of suggestions or recommendations can help me to improve my communication skills in the healthcare system.

During communication with a new mother, the interviewer needs to be extremely careful and sensitive on her matter. The present healthcare conditions demand improving medical and productivity along with managing fewer periods with each parent, which can hamper sufficient parent–physician interviewer communication. Secure and apparent transmission on both the patient's side and healthcare staffers provides the release of medical misconceptions and improves healthcare workers’ and parent patients’ dignity. Hence this report has concluded that a need for effective communication and some recommendations are also needed to improve communication skills.
