The effective use of communication skills is vital in professional and personal development. Communication is the main part of reflection development that can help in many aspects. Communication is a type of form that can be helpful for educational purposes and business purposes (Reid, 2021). Listening is the part of communication that is very important for the development of communication skills. Throughout the project, I learned to use communication skills and learned to write emails. I also learned the use of diverse contexts followed by presentations and online networks. Active listening is also a part of the communication skill that can have value in the reflection. Listening is very important as listening is a thing that is directly related to communication skills. I learned that if I listen perfectly then I can say perfectly. The use of listening is the most important part of communication that can make use reliable of every criterion. Effective listening needs to pay attention to verbal and non-verbal clues like tone, pitch, eye contact, etc. Communication is the part that can have strong learning skills and can produce a way of reflection through communication and descriptions (Byrne, 2022). Learning and gaining g education also needs the skill of listening and this can develop personal behavior. The part of the model can have some of the questioning criteria like what, when, who, etc.
The feeling is the model that can make us understand the fact in which situation the work is executed. The situation takes place at the start of the incident and the end of the incident. The skill of research produces a strong foundation of professional writing with the nature of exposing me to the skills of research that is advanced. The learning of the process and development make it easy the construct questions that can be useful for the completion of the research. The questions that are constructed are analyzed properly with the given solution and with the help of that the research can be well executed. This kind of behavior change is very essential as this can be done to have a direct impact on the personal and professional environment. In this section of the study, the research can be executed with the Gibbs reflective model. The main point is effective communication. Every work can be executed with the help of proper communication. The analysis is done by researching various types of journals and research articles. Communication is the pillar of every successful positive outcome of work. Proper listening is also an important part of communication. The situation of the research is felt fully with all kinds of affections. The feelings are part of the research that can be there at the time of research construction. The research is done with affection, care hard work.
A personal growth and development plan starts with the definition of results and the motivation that is required to have professional growth. The plan of implementation and the plan to have a new order can be subjected to the verification of the fact of personal development.
