There are 5 different types of safety control in health care. The types are elimination, substitution, engineering control, administrative control, and PPE(personal protective equipment). As a safety and care provider keeping the records in a manifesto or register is mandatory. At least 5 years of safety data sheets must be always recorded. Reporting or recording the things like an accident, or incident is also mandatory. This is required for the legal aspects. It helps to identify how risk can arise and is also important for the investigation. Reporting any kind of death, disease and dangerous consequences comes under the law RIDDOR law 2013. As an accident happens the date and time of the accident, persons who are involved, total injuries, injury nature and cause if known by someone recorded according to this RIDDOR 2013 law. The importance of being aware of policies and procedures is given for a roadmap use which is important for day-to-day operation. The safety procedure can be improved in 5 basic ways,

2. always create a health and safety plan with employees
3. provide training to all employees for health and safety work.
4. arrange regular meetings.

Once you are accommodated with a good health care plan it is very much helpful to lead a healthy and safety. The healthcare sector nowadays works on stress-related guidelines. As the Health and safety at work act of 1974 guides, employees with anxiety, and depression are protected by the company. It is also said that low risk is not similar to no risk. Government health care policy is made with 5 simple steps. the steps are setting an agenda, formulation of the agenda, adoption by the public, Implementing and administration, and lastly the evaluation of the policy. laws and regulations said that health and safety is a primary necessity or requirement for an employee because as per norms when an employee started working in an organization, it is stated the company's commitment to protecting the employees.
