Healthcare safety or patient safety is a disciplinary sector that deals with complexity in health which is additionally rise the patient's harm in health-related problems. The main motto is to decrease the rate of risk of harm to health. Every socio-economic country must have a good infrastructure in the healthcare sector. This is a responsibility to protect a person himself/ herself from harm. According to the safety act 1974, the government should serve the safety of the employees. The most important thing in health care is to protect your workers and look after the workplace to be more efficient and more productive for an employee. Another important thing is reducing the absence rate of workers. Health care is comprised of 4'Cs and the 4'Cs are control, cooperation, communication, and competence. Healthcare protects the employee from injury or illness as well as reducing absenteeism increases the annual turnover of the company.
There are 5 different types of safety control in health care. The types are elimination, substitution, engineering control, administrative control, and PPE(personal protective equipment). 3. provide training to all employees for health and safety work.
