I am interested to do work with Homeclean because it provides a good working environment for its employee. The company understands the needs of its cleaner and helps them to be free from exhausting, tired and stress-free by provide them some time for themselves as a free working hour. The company provides a good salary as well as offers annual pay reviews this helps me in increasing my remuneration. It also motivates them in doing their cleaning job and giving my services with quality and efficiency.
The company offers good hourly rates according to skill and experience and also provide good bonus and paid holiday. The company provides essential safety measures for its cleaning staff such as Personal Protective Equipment like safety shoes, goggles, uniform and gloves to protect employee from cleaning products that contain chemical compounds. The safety measure protects cleaning staff hands from skin related disease and burning sensation (Alie et al., 2023). For protecting employees from unpredictable risk, the company provides insurance facility as the staff work in different location in different environment, there is chances of uncertain risk. The works of cleaning needs stamina and strength whole day, to give some kind of relief to staff the company provide cleaning equipment. This equipment cleans a big area in a short time and aid the cleaning staff to get the job done quickly.
The company provides flexibility to its employees to get relief from fatigueness, tiredness or sickness because health of employee is important for the Homeclean Company. It provides training to its cleaning staff regarding use of cleaning products, technology tools and machines as it leads to learn new skills to its employees (Angelici and Profeta, 2023). It provides flexible hours of working so employee can enjoy performing the job and also able to manage things in personal life. The staffs also get training for proper communicating with the clients so that they efficiently understand the instructions, guidelines of client so that there is no chance of any miscommunication.
Lack of communication leads to decline morale of the staff. It also gives training for the management of time because as a cleaner I have to do multiple tasks in a day. It needs to organize my daily work accordingly, so I can provide my services to client in best possible manner. The company has a good cleaning team it helps me to socialize with people and make new friends, it always brings good and positive people in team as a result it is enjoyable to be part of the company (Williams, 2020). It helps the employee to develop and grow by providing them opportunity for the post of supervisor and team leader within the company. The Homeclean Company rules, regulation, policies, precautions and guidelines for its cleaning staff is quite impressing. Therefore, I am interested working in this company.
I am an experienced cleaner and fully committed to accomplish my cleaning work with efficiency and effectively. I have good physical and mental health that aid me in doing my work easily and enable me to carry heavy loads and work in any situation. I have good organization skills that help me in plan my whole day to complete my whole day task. By planning my to do list I can properly manage my time, and allocating proper time to complete my duties (Gottlieb, Promes and Coates, 2021). I am extremely motivated goal-oriented cleaner and have a strong work ethics. One of my strengths is that I have too much patience while performing my duties, the cleaning work is repeated on daily basis sometime it creates adissatisfaction, therefore, having patience is important. I am remaining honest while performing my duties because in a cleaning work it is important to be honest and transparent. I am able to perform various jobs at my workplace such as cleaning of floor, main entrance, corridors, windows and frames.

I gave my best services at my previous job. I developed action plans to give attention to important things and cooperate to maintain good care. In cleaning job there is main requirement to maintain cleanliness to prevent the growth of infection and viruses. I used to give my cleaning services 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.I give attention to each and every detail that are given by my employer to perform my job role. I am efficient, well known to the use of vacuum cleaners, pressure cleaners to get rid from stains and dirt. I am well aware about the all-cleaning tools, methods and techniques that help me in spotless result in a minimum time.
I am interested or to do cleaning because I have ability to work for long hours and like to work at several locations on a regular basis. With my all this skill, knowledge and experience I will able to give my best for the Homeclean Company. My knowledge of tools, cleaning methods and techniques helps me in doing work as fast as possible so the time of customer and company saved. One of my strengths is that I have lots of patience. During my working hours my customer demands to do some of extra work, it needs lots of patience while performing this job because I cannot deny to customers.
My weakness is that sometimes I am unable to communicate properly due to this sometime it creates confusion while performing my cleaning job. I used technology tools and organic materials for my cleaning services rather than chemicals (Bakker and de Vries, 2021). Because of my good work, dedication and honesty many company and clients want to approach me. It helps me to reach to more customers and increased my revenue. The demand for cleaning job is also rises continuously. As in today`s time the people are being conscious about cleanliness and health but because of busy schedule in personal lives, have no time for cleaning house. So, to fulfill the need of cleanliness, demand for cleaning job increases.
In this cleaning job, I am facing several threats such as job insecurity. A little mistake in work and little delay keeps my job in danger and there is no rules related to job security in this job role. In today’s time, there are lots of cleaning firms that available cleaning staff easily and now customer also prefers to employ cleaners from such kinds of firms. Changing taste and preference of customers regarding cleanliness also act as a threat for me. The customer uses automatic cleaning machine in which there is no need of a person, it is an act of threat for me. Also, in today’s time there are so much innovation happening related to cleaning tools, The client demand to use new machines while cleaning their home and offices. For this it is essential to purchase and use this kind of tools otherwise the customers shift to other person to fulfill their cleaning demands. In the cleaning business it is tough to raise fund to purchase machines for cleanliness but it is demanded by the customers. Therefore, it is a biggest threat for me.

Effective listening helps me in confidently ask questions to clients if I am not able to understand the instructions. For better communication, I used to make notes. For this I note down important points so that there is no chance for miscommunication. For improving my communication skill, I used to watch some tutorials videos of good communicator and keep this point in mind while communicating with others. An effective listening is also essential for a clear and good communication because it help me in understanding what owner wants regarding the work. Effective listening aids in focusing on what owner wants to communicate create trust and a good relationship. It helps me in remember all important information and build my knowledge. Good communicating staffs in a cleaning firm build the goodwill and brand of a firm.

I have to do lot of calculations at my cleaning job and it is important to get maximum efficiency in the work. To develop my analytical skills, I used to observe more things as it helps me to evaluate how things function. For example, by observing my co-workers how much compound they mix for cleaning purpose helps me in understand the potential problems and benefits. Also, I used to play games such as puzzles, colour blocks, jigsaw puzzles. This skill helps me in increasing my ability to recognize problems, look over to relevant facts and figure to find an appropriate and logical solution.
While performing my cleaning job, I need to manage my whole day work and I have to face several challenges regularly. I have to take lot of decision such as which product is best for certain kind of floor have to think about new ways to improve my work. For this, it is important for me to develop my problem-solving skills (Aslan, 2021). I can develop this skill by using trial and error method, in this I tied to solve the problem repeatedly until I get success in it. Also, I can use brainstorming to produce ideas or to solve problems. In cleaning industry, a person with problem-solving skill is extremely valued. In work, there is lot of challenges that affect productivity of a team. So, to reduce the risk, problem-solving skill is essential.
Multitasking is essential for a cleaning job. I have to work under tight deadlines in a sensible manner and complete the work with quality and on time. So, I need to develop my multitasking skills (Mark, 2022). For this I need to practice time blocking. I assign a particular time block for separate work. It helps me to focus solely on work in hand. Thus, development of this skill is play a crucial role in performing my duties and it is also beneficial for the cleaning firm and clients. A multitasking individual satisfied the needs of employer and the clients by doing work quickly on time with efficiency. This also helps me in feeling good as my all work done on time without any chaos or misunderstanding.
