The areas of inequalities are health, education, and occupation where it is seen the most. Here inequalities of health are taken to show the disparities among the people. This article consists of COVID-19-related issues in health care. It also discussed the impacts of COVID-19 on mortality as well as morbidity. “Socioeconomic status throughout life causes the differences seen in health outcomes (Mishra et al. 2021, p.9)” The topic provides with the fact that will enhance why it is important to under the health inequalities during COVID-19. The health inequalities in a country are always ignored in terms of work pressure. Where an individual had to look after the family as well as work at the same time. That was very much applicable to female workers. The impact on a female was tremendous as they were over-pressured with both responsibilities. Their degrading health condition was none of the business of the company neither did they take a report of that.
The area chosen was Health inequalities in the workplace and during COVID-19. The research includes the impact of it on both genders. The health problems that the employers had to confront during such a situation. The pressure of the company is very vital and directly connects to the employer’s health. If a pandemic occurs there should be a proper check that every employee is keeping in good health and working. So that the company can grow as well the employers are fit to work.

Reflection
Description
I have followed the GIBBS Reflection cycle where I had focused on the health inequalities in a person's workplace. Two articles were taken to illustrate the whole topic. I had chosen the topic to bring out the impact of overwork on health.
feeling
The feeling while performing the task was interesting. This topic has been taken to research the health of the population in terms of their work. The case of COVID-19 was different from the past normal years as the whole work system was shifted to a home that is work from home.
Evaluation
My experience taught me new research ideas and depth knowledge about the topic. As the world getting modernizes the pressure of work is also increasing. A company only focuses on development which leads to the degradation of health.
Analysis
This made me interested in finding new facts. A clear view of the work time during the pandemic (Bambra et al. 2021). Each workplace should be aware of the fact that the work they provide to an individual is not beyond their health capacities.
Conclusion
Sometimes the company forgets about the health condition of the employees which forces them to complete their work. That is only taken to light up the hidden case of the workplaces and their responsibilities to their employees.
Action plan
This type of research should be done in case there should be awareness of how much a company to provide workload to a certain employee and take proper care of their health. The sick leave those are applicable for every company. The females should have a proper check whether they are not pressured by the company.
