The researching includes a lot of money to be indulged and as a result it might be possible that the innovation is not. Along with this many at times there are situation where the innovation is not appropriate and the cost incurred is not effectively used. Hence it is very necessary for Sainsbury that they effectively evaluate the innovation and do effective cost analysis and then only plan to implement the innovation.
In case the cost is higher than the benefits then it is advisable to Sainsbury that they must not implement the innovation into practice.
