Due to the time management activity, I have developed the time management skills to manage my work on the time. Before I was not able to manage my tasks on the deadlines and I have missed the deadlines as well, which have put the negative impacts in my team. Now I am able to manage my tasks and complete my tasks on the deadlines. In context to the Gibb’s model, this has created positive environment in the team and resolve some challenges related to the time management. In the leadership managing time is crucial; it has increased the productivity, improved creativity; enhance the reputation in the team. Due to the time management activity I have gained more opportunities and less stress, now I am able to manage the time and task together. In accordance with Gibb’s model, the effectiveness of the activity I have identified the need of the importance of the communication skill in the team. The communication has important part within the team and the impacts on the team. I have to work on the enhancing my communication skills and developing my relationship with the team members. Through the identification of the needs in the leadership the experience was good for me. I have gained knowledge about the leadership success and timely delivery of the work. The activity was the beneficial for the leaders and management.

I have learned to be being open, positive, being passionate about my work, unselfish decisions, vision and focus on the goals and responsible. The issues occur on the bases of culture because the team members are from the different cultures. In context to the Gibb’s model, I was not able to communicate my ideas in the team due lack of communication skills. I have identified my personal growth as well such as qualitative and quantitative development of my skill. Due to the personal growth I have navigated the roles and inspire the team and drive the success. This has developed the numerous of skills through the journey.
