Employer at the workplace is responsible for documenting all the policies and procedures that need to be followed by everyone. Manager is accountable for taking all the reports in serious manner. Further, it’s important to assure that workplace is safe and training to the employees need to be given in relation to the ways in which task should be performed so, there is no harm can be experienced by them (Griffiths and Yeo, 2021). However, it is important that, employer should monitor the work practices on regular basis so appropriate decision could be taken in relation to assuring safety to the workers.
Others at the workplace
Other people at the workplace considered as team members and other colleagues are responsible for following all the policies and procedures that seem important to take in consideration for managing own safety. Also they must use PPE while performing their task as this enables them to get protection.
