The report is made to provide evidence of the learning of PSKC. This report includes a total of ten portfolio artifacts of learning. It showed what the student learned in this particular model and how it is useful for their future. The report also included a reflective summary of the ten artifacts. This report includes reflection on earning in the PKSC module. It also includes the importance of the module and how it made me employability ready. I will explain what I learned in the module and what resource was provided by the university. How helpful was this module for personal development is also included at the end of the report.
The study of the PSKC module started with the introduction of BA (Hons) business management. The module aims are clearly communicated by the teacher in the very first week of the module. Introduction of MS office and RM unify application. I have learned about how to connect with the official, and how to use mail to access various resources (Williams, et.al. 2020). I have learned how to keep my file protected on the online platform. In the first week, I used a digital platform and with time I felt confident while using them and I have learned the following new features of MS World. Three major functions learned are dictated function, editor, and immersive reader. These three functions helped me in performing the tasks given by the lecturers. A good internet connection and microphone are enough to access speech in the text to use MF world in creating materials.

In the second week of the module, I learned technology and digital literacy skills. These skills are all about finding and sorting information from the digital platform. Finding information is one of the important tasks to perform and in the second week, I have leader how to find and evaluate information and use them in a digital manner. In the second week, we have proven office 365 that is free for every student of the LSST. The student can use any tool, at any time and from anywhere (Gibson et.al. 2017). These tools included outlook, drive, word, excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Millions of corporate organizations use Microsoft Outlook to connect securely and effectively on a global scale. A calendar tool is also included for scheduling meetings, activities, and tasks. Students’ digital essays and reports are written using Microsoft Word. Students get several presentations as part of their homework while attending LSST. They can use PowerPoint to make visually attractive presentations with text, graphics, and videos.

In the third week of the study, lectures taught how to use the immersive reader in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft world. An immersive reader is a digital tool that assists with reading. It is a popular tool among students with learning difficulties. I can upload documents to One Drive, and the computer will read them out to me in any language (Savicki, and Price, 2015). This week I have also learned about accessing EBSCO, which is the online library. First I was not able to choose my topic from the database because there were so many results available on the database. But then I took the advice of my lecture to narrow down my research topic. To be a good learner online library helped me a lot in the whole module study. In this week I have gained the knowledge about the good digital literacy skills which are very important in performing the task digitally.
In the third week, I learned about academic writing, and soon I realized its importance of it. Writing is very important in this module; it refers to the use of the alphabet, spaces, and punctuation to communicate the research or idea to others. Students can use freely available resources such as Microsoft Word software to do academic writing. The student can also dictate in various languages such as German, Italian, and Spanish, and then the translator tool changes it into English (Cottrell, 2017). There are four major things I have learned about academic writing, these academic writing is impersonal, structured, precise, and accurate. while performing academic writing, students should not express personal feelings and attitudes. I have also learned about various types of academic writing such as Essays, Reports, Portfolios, Papers, and articles. There is an academic support team also available for students in this module, if students face any problem in academic writing they can contact the support team.

In week five I learned about presentation skills, this skill is very important for communicating the things or study I have done. I have learned about the three major components that helped me to prepare good presentations (Adams and van Manen, 2017). Structure plays an important part in the presentation; I have learned how to structure my presentation. The major points in the structure include the introduction, main body, and conclusion. An effective presentation requires a lot of effort and this week I have practiced and developed presentation skills. I was not good at maintaining contact during presentations, but with time I learned that it is important to keep the audience engaged. It creates a positive environment and the audience feels included in the presentation. I have learned that body language plays an important part while giving a presentation.
This week I have learned about plagiarism and referencing in academic writing. To produce a good research report we have to study previous research done, so when writing from the previous work an acknowledgment is necessary to be given. Here I have understood that why using previous work is important, the foremost reason is it will make my argument strongest, I can give examples, use them as evidence, etc. In the sixth week, I also learned about plagiarism, when we use someone else work we should write and present findings by analyzing them. Plagiarism helps in checking the work which is copied from other online sources and the work of other students (Van Manen, 2016). For this purpose, we have given access to Turnitin, which is software that checks and detects plagiarism. When the similarity index is high then I show that the student has copied someone else works and presented them as his own.
Referencing is an important part of academic writing and I have learned about it in this week of the module. All referencing in one writing should be done in the same format. Referenced and citation can be done in various styles but most of the schools use the Harvard style of referencing. I have also learned about the importance of referencing and when it must be done (Klein and Boscolo, 2016). When an image or table is taken from the work of others then referencing and the source is a must to mention. Referring includes two major things that are a list of references at the end of the work and in-text citations of the references. Arranging reference in the alphabetic part is essential and it can be done using tools of the MSworld.
This week I have learned about feedback and how to understand feedback given markers on Turnitin. I have learned about how to access grades and feedback. How the feedback is read for example in text or the bubble comment and how to download the feedback report (Graham et.al. 2020). Feedback comments or bubble are given by the teacher and it is in the blue color and exactly show where is rework needed. Feedback helps in managing effective performance, self assessment through rework, develops learning skills, includes comments which are based on motivation to improve work in future and also gives opportunity to improve the performance.
In this, I have learned about research skills, and types of research done. I have also learned about the whole process of academic research. All the previous works have been assembled this week and proper academic writing is learned by me. The capacity to look for, locate, gather, analyze, interpret, and evaluate material that is pertinent to the issue being investigated is known as research abilities. Evaluation of sources is a very important on part that is taught by the module teacher. In this, I have learned how to evaluate different kinds of sources such as Web sites, Books, Scholarly Journals, etc.
In the last part of the module, the knowledge related to the resources for job hunting is provided. The main resource which was introduced is Linkedin.com, it is an app and website which helps in discovering jobs from all over the world. For finding a job first students have to create their profile on LinkedIn and then they can apply for full-time, part-time, or another kind of works (Green, 2018). This site has a department of career advancement that provides advice and career counseling. This is an important source of finding a job in the current digital environment. LinkedIn will be extremely helpful to me if I want to stay current on the recruiting trends that really are currently taking place in various companies.
How these materials have supported the development of employability
I chose all of the objects with care which will assist me to efficiently get ready for my upcoming responsibilities and position at work. Making an individual growth plan has been found to be quite helpful in terms of structure specific professional and personal instance for future job positions and employability conditions. I may create specific objectives and goals for myself (Cruz, 2016). I have to make sure that, as a college student, I am proficient in a variety of referencing styles as well as text formats. Harvard referencing is the mainly popular referencing method, thus I included it into the assignment. I've also incorporated a tool for job searching. People use a range of strategies while seeking fresh jobs and obligations. One of the best and most reliable job-hunting options available to a wide range of people is undoubtedly job-searching websites like LinkedIn. I learned that educational writing at universities has developed into a type of writing that satisfies an employer's requirement. Scholarly writing is vital for research articles.

Attending my lessons has shown me how vital presentation skills are for transmission in sequence and taking part in introductions by various organizations (Belotto, 2018). Confidences in the employable skills I observe include transformation and engagement. In order to write a decent research report, I must review previously completed research; thus, an acknowledgment must be made while writing from the earlier work and this skill will increase my employability. Additionally, I now understand the value of reference and when it is necessary. When an image or skill is lifted from someone else's creation, the source must be cited. I have developed every research skill during this course and it made me competent enough to work in the organization. An electronic instrument that helps with reading is called an immersive reader. It is a well-liked tool among kids who struggle with studying. Any language you choose will be read aloud by the computer when I submit papers to One Drive and these are useful tools in the work place.
