Native Assignment Help has a policy of providing unique work, one that’s free from plagiarism or AI. If not, then we are obligated to provide you with a complete refund.
Guidelines have not been followed
We give an assurance of meeting students’ every requirement. For that, we have a special portal in order form where you can paste the document with instructions given by the university. You can ask for a refund if the majority of them are overlooked in your work. However, we can’t be held accountable for instructions that were not provided by users.
The paper has not been delivered at all
We assure students that we will deliver their assignments at the earliest. However, if you face issues like delayed delivery or not receiving it at all, you’re allowed a refund.
Technical issues at the time of payment led to an additional amount

Refund proceeding and finalization time period
The complete refund process takes 48 hrs. The user’s refund application is analysed by the QAD department continued by the initiation of the refund. Note that, Users get 90% of the total amount as a refund. The remaining 10 % is deduced as the paid amount to the payment gateway company with service charges.
